Using acrylic paint, Lauren will walk you through a number of exercises to explore color mixing, mark making, layering and image analysis to create expressive paintings. No experience necessary. All materials included. Students may wish to bring an apron or wear paint-worthy clothing. Class will meet in the Event Center and will have a one hour break for lunch. Lunch not included. This class is limited to 25 participants. Register for this class by July 4. Members of Woolaroc receive a 15% discount.
Learn the fundamentals of playing and exploring with watercolors. No experience necessary. Using fun, easy techniques, Lauren will show you how to create colorful, impactful paintings for cards, gifts, and relaxation. All materials included. We are going to have a one day camp here at Amazing Grace Equine. We will cover all aspects of horseman ship, horse back riding, proper horse care, horse safety, anatomy of the horse, along with face painting and a water obstacle course for the kids. Chisholm Trail Arts Council’s annual Arts Explosion will be held July 16-20, 2018 at the Stephens County Fairgrounds. CTAC will be taking enrollment for Art Explosion 2018 in early May. This annual summer art class is available to children and teens (K-12).

A new age group will be available this year to include younger children who have completed Kindergarten, first and second grades. All classes will have limited spaces available.
To end the week, Friday, July 20th, there will be a special reception for students, artists and families at 5:30 p.m. to showcase all of the artwork created during the week long project. This reception is free to the public.

The Stafford Air and Space Museum will be hosting two camps with Camp Invention this summer!
Your child’s creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills will be challenged and developed in fun and exciting ways through these camps. Camp Invention’s top priority is to inspire future innovators and build their confidence in the natural ability to dream and create.
The camp is available for kindergarten through 6th grades.

Your child’s creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills will be challenged and developed in fun and exciting ways through these camps. Camp Invention’s top priority is to inspire future innovators and build their confidence in the natural ability to dream and create.
